目的:以2020年初在我国及全球大面积发生的“新冠肺炎”疫情事件为背景,以青少年儿童为主要对象,研究并为其构建有效应对突发公共事件的心理预警体系。方法:利用问卷星APP编制“突发疫情事件下青少年儿童心理健康状况调查”等问卷,在甘肃省境内抽取7—20岁青少年儿童作为研究对象,完成2000份左右的问卷调查。调查内容包括2020年初所经历的“新冠肺炎”疫情事件下的心理健康现状、特征,心理不适的形成原因,突发公共事件对青少年儿童的危害等。将调查结果录入SPSS软件进行统计分析,具体分析方法包括回归分析、因子分析、相关分析等描述统计和推断统计分析方法。结合半结构式访谈、田野调查,研究收集相关资料。结果:突发公共事件对青少年儿童身心健康和学习、生活适应及同伴交往等社会性发展均存在一定程度的危害;结合庆阳市心理咨询师协会的“留守儿童心理帮扶”公益活动显示偏远地区青少年儿童也出现焦虑、恐惧、学习力下降和厌学等心理行为问题。结论:突发“新冠疫情”类公共事件是当前青少年儿童心理行为问题的直接“诱因”,青年学生在面对突发公共事件时的心理韧性不足,由此带来的学习、生活适应与社会发展危害等问题主要与现有的家庭、教育体制隐患和社会心理服务体系不健全有关,针对此,研究构建起“政府预警—心理疏导—教育干预—全民防范”一整套心理预警体系,形成家庭、社区、学校与社会全民心理问题防范机制,以期深入促进我省青少年儿童身心健康成长、素质教育目标全面达成与社会和谐稳定发展。

Objective: novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in China and the world in the early 2020 is the background of the study. We should take teenagers and children as the main object to study and construct a psychological warning system for effective public emergencies. Methods: Questionnaires such as "investigation on mental health status of adolescents and children under sudden epidemic events" were compiled by using questionnaire star app. Adolescents and children aged 7-20 years were selected as the research objects in Gansu Province, and about 2000 questionnaires were completed. The survey included the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic situation in early 2020, the psychological health status, characteristics, the causes of psychological malaise, and the harm of public emergencies to children and adolescents. Input the survey results into SPSS software for statistical analysis. The specific analysis methods include regression analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and other descriptive statistics and inferential statistical analysis methods. Combined with semi-structured interview and field investigation, research and collect relevant data. Results: public emergencies did harm to children's physical and mental health, learning, life adaptation and peer communication; Combined with the public welfare activity of "psychological assistance to left behind children" of Qing-yang psychological counselor association, it shows that young children in remote areas also have psychological and behavioral problems such as anxiety, fear, decline in learning ability and weariness of learning. Conclusion: the sudden "COVID-19" public event is a direct "inducement" for the psychological and behavioral problems of teenagers and children at present. However, the problems arising from learning, life adaptation and social development harm are mainly related to the existing family, the hidden danger of educational system and the imperfect social psychological service system. A complete set of psychological early warning system of "government early warning - psychological counseling - educational intervention - National Prevention" has formed a national psychological problem prevention mechanism for families, communities, schools and society, in order to deeply promote the healthy growth of teenagers and children in our province, achieve the goal of quality education, and develop harmoniously and stably with the society.
