①目的:5G通讯专用接触器研发是基于5G通讯频段提高后基站设备输出功率增大,5G通讯电源系统要在原空间体积不变的条件下实现集约化、模数化和容量扩充,其电源系统内的电器元件要同步实现满足1U机柜安装的小型化结构设计和容量扩充要求的大容量设计,是开发一款相比4G通讯接触器体积减小30%,触头控制容量提高1.25倍,触头压降降低50%,电磁系统仅在接触器动作时产生功耗,接触器保持为零功耗的小型化、大容量接触器。;②方法:5G通讯专用接触器研发主要从接触器厚度小于1U尺寸的小型化结构设计、触头控制容量提升、降低触头压降、降低电磁系统功耗四个方面进行研究和设计;③结果:通过研发5G通讯专用接触器,实现通讯电源直流接触器技术升级、产品升级,促进5G通讯电源宏基站供电系统技术发展,实现5G通讯重要设备基础电器元件的国产化;④结论: 5G通讯专用接触器通过多功能组合壳体设计,以及采用直动式触头结构、U形螺管式电磁系统,实现了接触器厚度小于1U尺寸的结构设计。应用永久磁铁磁吹灭弧技术提高了额定工作电压,额定工作电压可达到60 V /96V。通过对触头进行一体式结构的创新设计,和采用平对球的触点接触形式,以及采用劲度系数大的触头弹簧增大触头压力,实现了降低触头压降和温升的研究目的。电磁系统通过采用双稳态磁保持结构,实现了接触器在保持状态的零功耗。

① Objective: The development of 5G communication contactor is based on the output power of base station equipment after the improvement of 5G communication frequency band, 5G communication power system shall achieve intensive, modularization and capacity expansion under the original space volume, The electrical components in the power supply system shall simultaneously realize the large capacity design that can meet the miniature structure design and capacity expansion requirements of 1U cabinet installation, Develop a 30% reduction in volume than a 4G communication contactor, Contact control capacity is increased by 1.25 times, Contact pressure drop is reduced by 50%, The electromagnetic system only generates power consumption when the contactor moves, Contactors remain small, large capacity contactors with zero power consumption.Methods: 5G communication contactor mainly includes small structure design of contactor thickness less than 1U, contact control capacity improvement, contact pressure drop and power consumption of electromagnetic system;③ results: Through the development of 5G special communication contactor, communication power DC contactor technology upgrade and product upgrading, promote the development of power supply system of 5G communication power base station, realize the localization of basic electrical components of 5G communication equipment; Conclusions: 5G special contact thickness is less than 1 U size through multi-function combination shell design, direct contact structure and U-shaped solenoid electromagnetic system.The permanent magnet magnetic blown arc technology increases the rated working voltage to 60 V /96V.The purpose of reducing the contact pressure drop and temperature rise is achieved by increasing the contact pressure of the contact spring and increasing the contact pressure with large strength coefficient.The electromagnetic system realizes the zero energy consumption of the contactor in the retention state by adopting a bistable magnetic retention structure.
